Dr. Amrita Sarkar is a doctor and public health specialist by profession. I am affiliated to the Department of Community Medicine, Tomo Riba Institute of Health And Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) under the state government. I had done MBBS, MD (Community Medicine). CPH (Manchester), CAMBRA (California), IHPE (Michigan) and am a FAIMER fellow, interested in Inter professional research in approaching to various health issues in a holistic way. Her main interest is women & child health and I have served as the Former State Maternal health Consultant (Additional) for Assam and published a book on the same.
