About

Dr Bhavna Wal has had her early schooling from Loreto Convent, Lucknow and higher education from Lucknow University. She is a double PG in Mass Comm and Human Rights. She has pursued her PhD in Humanities and Natural Sciences specializing in Child Labor with a special focus on Nobel Laureate Mr Kailash Satyarti’s NGO Bachpan Bachao Andolan as a role model. The author has worked in various editorial and administrative capacities during her tenure as a journalist. A story teller at heart, she has written on a plethora of subjects covering a wide range of topics – – hard news, features and socio-cultural subjects. Now an aspirational educator teaching mass communication to undergraduates and postgraduates, she uses her rich field experience to teach journalism to create that classroom impact on prospective content creators.
