About Us

The Global Centre for Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (GCSAFS) emerges from the urgent need to ensure food security for a growing global population while promoting environmentally sustainable agricultural practices. As the world faces challenges related to climate change, resource depletion, and unequal access to nutritious food, there’s a critical demand for innovative solutions in agriculture and food production.

Mission
The mission of GCSAFS is to advance sustainable agricultural practices that guarantee food security while safeguarding natural resources and ecosystems. The center aims to be a hub for research, education, and collaboration, facilitating the development and dissemination of strategies that enhance global food security in harmony with the planet.
